Parking at Blue Mountain Village is designed to be simple, convenient, and accessible for every guest. With a combination of paid and complimentary lots located just steps from the shops, restaurants, and attractions, you’ll find options suited for short visits, full-day adventures, and overnight stays.

Blue Mountain Resort P2 Village Base: This is a paid lot. Drivers can take a ticket upon entry. The first hour is complimentary; after that, a $15 fee applies for 12 hours of parking from the time of entry. A $30 fee applies to parking times exceeding 12 hours (maximum 24 hours). No in/out privileges.
Blue Mountain Resort P2A Village Base Overflow: Located across the street from P2, this complimentary lot fills up quickly.
Blue Mountain Resort P3 - Inn Base: This complimentary lot is located beside the Blue Mountain Inn, Jozo's Original Apres, and the Pottery Alpine Restaurant. This lot includes 20 paid EV charging stations.
Blue Mountain Resort P1/P1A South Base: Complimentary parking located across across from South Base Lodge. Designated area for reserved bus parking and a seasonal shuttle stop to access the Village.
Freed Developments Managed Parking: There are two paid convenience lots managed by Freed Developements. One is located next to the Westin (on the south side of the Mill Pond) and the other across the street from P2 near the Village main entrance. An app and internet are needed to pay for parking and there is no on-site support to assist with issues or discrepancies.
