spaces in the Village and deliver world-class, year-round programming for our visitors.


WHAT’S THE JOB?

We're hiring Events Team Members to bring your energy and enthusiasm and provide
exceptional service for our guests while delivering our robust festivals, events and activities
program.


WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Support the execution of events and concerts, including entertainment set-up, seating setup, crowd control, signage, outdoor movies execution and family activities
• Provide information services to visitors at the Welcome Centre
• Develop a thorough knowledge of shopping and dining products and services, mountain
attractions, and the Apple Pie Trail
• Assist with maintaining the overall cleanliness and aesthetics of the Village
• Ensure entertainers and suppliers are following Village policies and protocols
• Manage difficult situations, following an established processes.


WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

• Energetic and outgoing team members who can also work independently and
• Excellent customer service skills
• Grade 11 education with one-year experience in service or event industry preferred
• Driver’s license required for the purposes of operating golf cart and/or gator
